KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Employee Compensation & PD Operations to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities:
Act as chief of staff to provide operational direction and guide tactical action plans impacting employee compensation and performance and the link to the other Talent & Culture disciplines, including the link to the Partner compensation and performance Build and oversee compensation and performance year-round timeline incorporating business-as-usual processes, projects and strategic initiatives; help hold team accountable for deliverables and provide direction to ensure successful completion Drive agenda for monthly team workshops and weekly team meetings; outline key annual and organizational goals and priorities for the team Manage operational responsibilities for the team including vendor management, technology development and managing budget; includes collaborating with other T&C teams as needed Serve as the liaison between the Executive Director, HR Communications and other parties in managing the communication strategy for compensation, including year-end compensation webcast strategy and design, and overall articulation of the pay-for-performance strategy Develop strategic presentations for touchpoints Executive Director (and/or direct reports) have with key leadership in business-as-usual process and/or strategic initiatives; provide ad hoc support on team projects as needed Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of recent experience in one or more business-related areas including for example Finance, Human Resources, Marketing or general business operations Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to executive level management Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required Exceptional ability to multi-task and pivot across many business-as-usual processes and/or strategic initiatives Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
