Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of leadership on a significant piece of a client’s business with expertise in digital media principles and the ability to apply these to defining, planning and executing against client objectives.
Be an effective communicator and guide a team of account managers responsible for client service; lead and foster integration of PHD among all agency groups.
Account Management & Business Growth, including client level alignment and integration inclusive of Investment brief.
Achieve client sign-off on contract, timelines and deliverables.
Ensure the agency and clients provide the P&O team with all necessary requirements for best-in-class programmatic planning and activation; develop a communication plan resulting in consistently delivered requirements.
Deep proficiency in integrated PHD partners (buying platforms, data, etc.); plan campaigns based on partner technology capability/functionality.
Develop planning objectives and strategies aligned with the client’s marketing direction while maintaining a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking.
Create and maintain solid client relationships at Strategist to Associate Director level, including strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication.
Foster productive internal team relationships to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify and sell ideas internally, ranging from campaign optimization strategies to client management.
Develop a deep understanding of a client’s campaign and digital marketing needs to service them effectively and communicate requirements to internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with the Data Intelligence team to understand current campaign performance and mine opportunities to improve performance for assigned clients.
Document and communicate client and campaign milestones, deliverables and decision points with client teams or directly with clients.
Maintain understanding of the capabilities and limitations of technologies used (DSPs, SSPs, CM360, GA, YouTube, etc.), contributing to new product development and enhancements with planning and analytics teams.
Meet regularly with mid-level client counterparts to review performance, develop optimization recommendations, and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations.
Manage contract, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
Team Management
Communicate with the management team on account and group status in a professional manner.
Serve as project leader and mentor peers along with junior team members.
Identify areas to improve knowledge or skills of junior team members.
Lead junior account staff as assigned, providing ongoing feedback, career coaching, and direction.
Communications
Develop and present presentations and proposals that clearly state and sell ideas to clients, internal teams and strategic partners.
Deliver and communicate results and campaign milestones in a clear and compelling manner.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Compensation Range: $110,000—$120,000 USD
Work arrangement This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. In-office days are discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
