What You Will Do: As an Associate Director at Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services practice, you will be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and generating project results. You will own project workstreams and interact daily with clients to ensure engagement success, including supporting operational meetings with sponsors and leaders. You will prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal executives, lead and mentor consultants, and ensure quality deliverables.

What You Will Need:
7+ years in banking or financial services consulting
Experience in operational risk, compliance, banking regulations, or risk assessments
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 100%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset
Experience managing compliance and risk assessments for G-SIBs
Proven client relationship skills
Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work on time
Experience with time-sensitive projects
Motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
Leadership experience, formal or informal
Willing to work onsite in New York City at least three days per week
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Management consulting experience
Certifications like CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP
Advanced degrees (MBA, MS)
Experience in business development activities
Compensation: The annual salary range is $149,000 - $248,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
