As the Associate Director of Clinician Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our healthcare services to clinicians and healthcare providers. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics, alongside experience in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns tailored to the clinician audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to engage clinicians, enhance brand visibility, and drive service utilization.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the clinician marketplace.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop targeted messaging and promotional materials that resonate with healthcare providers.
- Manage campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging digital, social media, and traditional media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers to cultivate brand loyalty and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales and clinical operations, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop training materials and resources for the sales team to facilitate effective communications with clinician audiences.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure all marketing practices remain compliant and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a senior level marketer in healthcare improving omnichannel strategies and the management of end-to-end clinician experiences required
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the nuances of clinician interactions and preferences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data and market research.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for industry events, conferences, and clinician engagements.
- Excellent analytical skills and expertise creating and managing new analytics and reporting capabilities, including global KPI dashboards
- Experience in reimbursed environments preferred
- Effectively communicates and successfully works well with the executive level and team members
