We're looking for a Associate Director, Business Manager to:
Monitor, analyze and present financial performance.
Collaborate with front office stakeholders to analyze and develop the implementation of key projects and initiatives, including business driven changes to transform Trading and Sales functions.
Manage relationships with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Legal to drive efficiencies across the business.
Implement an effective risk framework for the Americas Financing business.
Work with senior business heads to understand and address critical business requirements, help define the regional strategies and drive and implement new business initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, adhering to regulatory and operational risk standards through completing deep-dives and ad-hoc projects.
Ensure that the business operates effectively by managing risk and maximizing profitability, as well as ensuring compliance across a range of regulations, policies and procedures.

New York: the salary range for this role is $121,000-$175,000

Your expertise
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a International Affairs, Mathematical Economics, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or an Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, IB Distribution Sales COO, IB Banking COO, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
two years of experience using Tableau to automate complicated processes into a single engine. Two years of experience using Alteryx to transform large, complex datasets into senior management presentations
two years of experience working with Brazilian sales teams
creating pivot tables, data validation, macros, charts, forecasts and VBAs using advanced Excel, making presentations to senior-level stakeholders, project managing global, complex initiatives across Europe and Asia Pacific regions, including regulatory, technical, and strategic
synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, risk analysis and mitigation for investment banking, budget and cost management
financial products, including foreign exchange, rates, and credit
