A remote-friendly and flexible work environment with strong career development support You will be responsible for: Leading the development and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI solutions to optimise clinical trial operations, including patient recruitment, retention, real-time monitoring, and automated data collection
Creating AI-driven tools for automated generation of clinical documentation such as medical reports, protocols, study reports, and patient narratives
Designing predictive and generative AI models using diverse healthcare data sources, including clinical trials, EHR, wearables, patient-reported outcomes, HEOR data, and Phase IV studies
Driving innovation in digital healthcare, including patient engagement platforms and new ways to generate real-world evidence
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders (healthcare providers, regulators, AI tech partners) to ensure alignment and compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
Staying up-to-date with emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies, promoting knowledge-sharing across the organisation You will bring: An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field
7-10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years applying AI/ML techniques in healthcare or clinical research
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM architectures, NLP, and medical text analysis/generation
Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms, MLOps, and version control tools
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, adapt to changing organisational goals, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience in digital healthcare tool design and development (preferred)
Professional fluency in English
