Overview Thuma is looking for an Associate Design Director who has an exceptional eye for minimalistic and sophisticated design, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to make a meaningful impact at a design-focused company and provide leadership to the Graphic Design team. The Associate Design Director is responsible for creating Thuma’s design strategy, creating all new elements of the Thuma design system across all consumer touch points and ensuring all executions align to brand standards. The right candidate has passion for design, typography, color, space and motion as they come together to create innovative, brand elevating designs and campaigns that seamlessly solve marketing and brand objectives. The Associate Design Director is able to elegantly solve brand problems in ways that align with brand values. Strong leadership, presentation, collaboration, and cross functional partnership skills are required to successfully strategize and execute in this role. Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. The role involves three days in the office each week and occasional additional days as needed.
