As Associate Creative Director, you’ll be signing on with a unique organization, described as a “25-year-old startup,” that provides platforms and services that speed up and power up biomedical and pharmaceutical research. They’ll depend on you to understand their strategy and that of their clients down to your bones, then develop creative concepts, sell them in, flesh them out into campaigns, and lead their implementation by overseeing a team of designers and working closely across all functional areas within the company.

Your spectacular design talent got you started on the career path you’re on, but along the way your skill set has expanded to encompass much more than that. In your eight-plus years of experience in the creative field, you’ve developed an uncommon sense of business strategy and an abiding interest in how to help organizations deploy creative solutions to their business goals. You’re a stand-up star in presenting to stakeholders, with a presence that instills confidence in everyone around the table. You’ve spent four or more years managing direct reports and coordinating cross-functional teams of designers, web developers, copywriters, and more … yet you haven’t lost touch with the hands-on of design.
We’ll need you to have a stellar portfolio that showcases a keen design sense and a talent for typography, not to mention stunning executions of complex work for marquee companies. It goes without saying that you’re a Grand Master of industry-standard design software and tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), social platforms and production standards and practices. Experience or interest in healthcare and pharma is a plus.
