The Associate Creative Director assists in the execution of projects, from concept to completion. Manages, develops, and mentors the creative brand team members. Responsible for gaining visibility and influencing creative/brand projects. Develop Campaign Ideas & strategic tactics/execution recommendations. Translate creative campaign ideas across all media (TV, Digital, Experiential, Social). Validate creative strategies, and objectives to ensure the business success of the idea. Oversees day-to-day projects and creative team providing guidance and recommendations on obtaining the information, research or foundational data needed to develop creative assets that meet the needs of the credit union. Assist with Creative Strategy development across Products and LOBs. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the credit unions products and services, and the LOBs objectives and goals. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization. Consults with data and website analytics, email team and LOB partners to gain insight into campaign performance and optimize creative to improve future business results. Partners with Digital Services to collaborate and lead all Brand CX (Customer Experience) design and content interactions on all the credit unions digital properties (.org, app, etc.) Participates in feedback process of all social media pain and organic efforts. Identify gaps in the Customer Experience and Brand-Member interactions and create intent to brainstorm and execute solutions. Develop Art and Brand Design Direction under the ECD / AVP. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. What You Will Do

What We Require
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Journalism or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in marketing, PR, advertising or journalism. Minimum of three (3) years in a leadership role. In-depth understanding of the financial services business and the capabilities of the systems available to support them. Able to meet deadlines with high quality standards. Adhere to all corporate requirements in the use of logos, trademarks, and product content/disclosures. Strong project organization, leadership, team building, and communications skills. Strong Presentation skills with ability to flex between persuading and/or influencing leadership and partners
