Opportunities like this don't come around often-if you want in on the next level, this is it. Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Associate Creative Director who leads by example - as both a high-concept thinker and a thoughtful team manager. You'll guide the creative vision and the creative people, ensuring the work is strategically on point, visually stunning, and executed at the highest level. This role is about more than crafting campaigns - it's about shaping them, selling them, and scaling the team that brings them to life. You could be aligned with the needs of this role if you've been an ACD at a digital advertising agency and directly managed designers and creative team members-not just mentored, but formally led as a people manager. You've been responsible for their performance, growth, and development, providing regular feedback and creating clear paths for progression. On the work side, you've owned full campaigns from start to finish - leading concept development, guiding execution, and ensuring creative is aligned across every channel. Your Impact Own the creative vision and execution of integrated 360 campaigns across digital, paid social, and experiential touchpoints. Translate strategic briefs into bold, thoughtful concepts that elevate the brand and meet business goals. Lead the creative development process in collaboration with copy, strategy, UX, and production partners. Present and pitch work with confidence - internally and externally - inspiring trust and enthusiasm. Directly manage junior and mid-level creatives, providing structured feedback, career support, and growth opportunities. Bring fresh, innovative thinking - from generative AI to design-forward performance content. Act as a trusted right hand to the Creative Director - helping drive the vision forward, ensure creative consistency, and keep projects moving with clarity and momentum. Contribute to a strong team culture grounded in curiosity, clarity, and craft. What Success Looks Like The Work: Campaigns are not only award-worthy but drive measurable results - higher engagement, conversion, and creative consistency across every touchpoint. Concepts land fast, revisions are fewer, and execution is elevated across the board. The Team: Designers grow under your leadership - they're more confident, more efficient, and more invested. Turnover is low, morale is high, and junior creatives start thinking like leads. The Client: Clients come back with more - more trust, more projects, and bigger scopes. They see you as a strategic partner who makes their brand better, not just the work. Qualifications6+ years in a creative or advertising agency, with at least 1-2 years managing direct reports and driving creative growth as a people leader. Proven track record leading integrated campaigns across paid social, digital, and brand - with a portfolio that showcases conceptually strong, high-performing work. Expert-level design skills with deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, enhance design output, or scale content production. Clear, confident communicator - skilled at giving and receiving feedback, presenting ideas, and collaborating across teams.
