This role partners closely with copywriters, account teams, and production to deliver bold, strategic, and brand-aligned creative across print, digital, and video. Key Responsibilities: Guide and mentor art directors; manage workloads and creative quality Present work to clients and participate in strategic planning Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams Support new business and brand growth initiatives Qualifications: 8+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising preferred Strong leadership and team management experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with MLR processes Skilled in multi-channel creative development and client presentations Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Advertising and Art/Creative Industries Hospitals and Health Care
