What You'll Do: 

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations in Assisted Living
• Collaborate with therapy, culinary, resident life, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and sales teams to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction
• Lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives
• Oversee key performance indicators to drive clinical and operational excellence
• Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and documentation systems to ensure regulatory compliance and financial goals
• Guide survey readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Recruit, coach, and mentor clinical team members
• Schedule staffing based on resident acuity
• Provide essential on-call leadership support 

What You'll Need: 

• Current Illinois Registered Nursing license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum three years of nursing, assisted-living, and management experience
• Proven ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and lead multidisciplinary teams ​
• Commitment to person-centered care and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds ​
• Computer-adept in EHR and Microsoft Office Suite
