What You'll Do:
- Direct day-to-day clinical operations in Assisted Living
- Collaborate with therapy, culinary, resident life, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and sales teams to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction
- Lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives
- Oversee key performance indicators to drive clinical and operational excellence
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and documentation systems to ensure regulatory compliance and financial goals
- Guide survey readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
- Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
- Recruit, coach, and mentor clinical team members
- Schedule staffing based on resident acuity
- Provide essential on-call leadership support
What You'll Need:
- Current Illinois Registered Nursing license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum three years of nursing, assisted-living, and management experience
- Proven ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to person-centered care and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Computer-adept in EHR and Microsoft Office Suite
