THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our Assisted Living Recreational Director, you'll be the architect of joy, designing a dynamic calendar of events that keep our seniors engaged, active, and socially connected. You'll plan everything from arts and crafts to group outings, fitness sessions, and special celebrations. Every day, you'll be the reason our residents smile, laugh, and feel at home. Your work will not only enhance their lives but will also create a warm, vibrant atmosphere that makes Legacy Village of Southern Hills a truly special place!

This position works a full-time Tuesday through Saturday schedule, plus weekends and holidays as needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Experience in recreational programming, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting

Ability to develop engaging and diverse activity programs tailored to residents' needs

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

A passion for working with seniors and understanding their unique needs

Having your Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or similar certification is a plus, but not required to become our Assisted Living Recreational Director! LEARN ABOUT US
