Sparks Group has partnered with an innovative Assisted Living Care organization seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead one of their new, care facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of resident care and operational excellence in a newly opened Assisted Living facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring resident well-being and operational success while adhering to all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resident care.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Provide training and oversight to ensure proper procedures and care are followed.
Ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., Comar).
Manage all documentation and paperwork including certifications, state/county compliance, etc.
Collaborate with Owners/Directors on strategic planning and operational improvements.
Resolve operational, financial, marketing, and HR challenges.
Flexibility when after-hours attention is necessary for emergencies.
Qualifications:
5+ years in Assisted Living, with 2+ years in management.
High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
