Liberty Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Area Director to lead and manage our assisted living facilities within the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our high standards of care and service are consistently maintained and that the physical and emotional well-being of our residents are effectively addressed. The Area Director will oversee multiple facilities, providing leadership, strategic guidance, and operational management to ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare services aligned with Liberty Healthcare?s mission to enhance health systems and improve patient outcomes in various communities. Oversee the daily operations of multiple assisted living facilities within a designated area. Ensure all facilities comply with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and maintain standards of high-quality care. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve resident satisfaction. Manage budgets and financial plans, and monitor expenditure to ensure financial sustainability. Recruit, train, and lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Coordinate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to address the needs and concerns of residents. Analyze performance data and implement improvements in care and services. Lead quality assurance programs and initiatives to maintain high standards of care and safety.
