You will maintain signage on your door for how to contact you during “on-call” seasons, and when not “on-call” you will post the appropriate number for after-hours service. It will be expected that you will communicate ahead of time with the housing office when you will not be available for extended periods of time. After hours “on-call” status can be arranged with the housing office to accommodate Sabbath rest, trips, vacations, or any other occasions where privacy is needed. Provide a weekly work summary of hours worked including a sample list of work completed, issues discovered, and notable interactions.
