Join Us as an Assistant Regional Clinical DirectorAs the Assistant Regional Director, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the growth, clinical quality, and operational excellence across our ABA service region. In collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director, CEO, and COO, you'll help execute strategic initiatives, oversee clinical operations, and drive census growth across care settings. This role requires a strong clinical foundation in ABA, operational savvy, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring outstanding outcomes for the families we serve. What You'll Do: Support the Regional Clinical Director in executing regional growth strategies, including new location planning and service expansion.Partner with cross-functional teams to increase patient census across home, center, and community-based care settings.Lead and support the operational pipeline of clinical services, including assessments, timely intakes, and caseload management.Provide oversight to home-based BCBAs and Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality care delivery and treatment integrity.Monitor and evaluate clinical team performance, identifying opportunities for coaching, training, and improved fidelity to treatment protocols.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative case management models that enhance the family experience before, during, and after ABA services.Oversee care coordination processes, ensuring families are supported with resources and continuity of care.Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.Foster and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and thought leaders to strengthen the company's reputation and clinical impact.Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth within the regional team.What You'll Need:Master's degree requiredBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACBMinimum of 4 years post-certification experience as a BCBAAt least 6 years of total experience in the ABA fieldProven passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their familiesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned regionWork Location & Hours: Hybrid In Homes & Community settings and in Children's Specialized ABA's EI Center located in Jackson, NJMonday-Friday8:30am-5:30pmWhy Work With Children's Specialized ABA? Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
