Assistant Program Director I – Children’s Congregate Care YOU, Inc., an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. As the  Assistant Program Director I , you’ll provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring high-quality care for emotionally and behaviorally disadvantaged youth and their families.

Responsibilities

Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services.

Act as a liaison with external agencies and the community.

Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.

Maintain records and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers.

Manage program budgets, staff ratios, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., M.A. in psychology).

Five years of experience, including two in administration.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience supervising and leading diverse teams.
