Assistant Director of Nursing (DNS) Full-Time $3k Sign-On Bonus What You'll Do: As the Assistant Director of Nursing, your leadership will be crucial in achieving clinical program objectives in line with our mission. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to enhance our care standards, improve resident well-being, and nurture the culture of our facility. Your role includes overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance, coordinating care, and promoting patient and family satisfaction. When the Director of Nursing is unavailable, you will assume their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. Support development and implementation of care plans and protocols. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care. Act as a liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing. Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Participate in quality assurance monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care. What You'll Bring: Qualifications for the Assistant Director of Nursing include: A valid state RN nursing license. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery. A visionary mindset focused on innovation and quality improvement. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, especially for the aged and chronically ill. Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience in nursing leadership roles within Long-Term Care or similar healthcare settings is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
