JOB SUMMARY:

Aspen Meadows Assisted Living is currently seeking an Assistant Executive Director that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Financial Management

Quality Management

Human Resource Management

Physical Plant Management

Marketing & Community Relations

Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

Required : Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in  (State)

Preferred : Two years’ experience as an ED
