Percent of total time 40 Duties Serve as a key member of the Residence Life leadership team, working closely with the Senior Associate Director of Residence and Student Life in supporting and supervising a personalized engaging experience for residential students at Kettering University.

Provide leadership to the Resident Assistant staff.

Participate in the day-to-day operations of the Department of Residence Life.

Participate in the Administrator On-Call rotation, supervising on-duty Resident Assistants, and providing crisis and emergency response in accordance with departmental and university policies.

Assist with strategic planning, tactical implementation, and assessment of programs and services in the Department of Residence Life

Assists in overseeing residence hall occupancy, managing residential services, supervising hall facilities, and maintenance issues.

Assist with staff recruitment and selection, staff training and development, staff programming, and student leadership development.
