ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Job Summary Assistant Director of Operations, supporting the client in managing all aspects of our business. Responsibilities include: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, contractors, non-profit organizations and Levy team members. Act as a liaison with the team, including the partner’s operations team, facilities management team and other areas as required to ensure effective operational performance. Plan and coordinate special projects in conjunction with the client's goals and visions. Assist with financial goals and budgets. Assist department heads to develop their leadership skills and abilities. Conduct inspections to ensure the service delivery meets specifications, customer expectations and quality assurance standards. Ensure required daily/service reports are completed in a timely manner and information is compiled at month-end close. Other duties, as assigned. Minimum qualifications include: Five years of experience in facilities management or equivalent. Experience in managing multiple staff.
