Assistant Director of Operations - Rooms

Duties include: · Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Rooms Operations · Assist with the oversight of the Food & Beverage division · Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans · Direct and oversee development of employees · Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews · Cover and support in Front Office and Housekeeping Operations as needed · Drive Hotel Metrics and Financial targets · Oversee and support the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage/rooms operations · Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality · Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction · Maintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation · Maintain communications with Corporate Staff · Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures The salary range for this position is $76,700 - $115,300 Hyatt is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer for individuals with Disabilities and Veterans. Qualifications: · Prior hotel front office experience required. · Prior leadership experience. · Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication and leadership skills.
