Assistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred

Strong knowledge of nursing practice and standards of long-term care

Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH)

Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care

Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness Infection prevention and control knowledge

Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.

Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations

Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
