Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Experience individualized care at an Extended Care affiliated facility. Our facility delivers specialized services centered around residents' needs, interests, and capabilities, with a focus on smoother transitions during recuperation. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to enrich the lives of our residents and support the nursing team.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in reshaping the nursing team, staffing structures, and leading change management initiatives.

Supervise clinical initiatives, monitor key performance metrics, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Mentor staff, focus on staff development, and increase morale within the nursing department.

Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct day-to-day nursing department functions in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested by leadership.

Collaborate with QA Nurse to develop and maintain the quality assurance program for the nursing department.

Assist in developing and updating resident discharge plans.

Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.

Requirements

Licensed as an RN in the state of Illinois

Previous experience in a long-term care facility

Previous nurse supervisor experience

Expertise in staff education and change management
