Qualifications

Current and active RN license in California. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a supervisory role. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and OASIS documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Work Environment

Office and field-based role; may require occasional travel to patient homes. Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings or weekends during on-call duties.
