Job Summary The role involves providing leadership and supervision in a healthcare setting, ensuring high standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance. Requirements Minimum five years of RN experience with at least three years in a supervisory role. Experience in pediatric and adolescent chronic and restorative nursing modalities preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently. Ability to perform tasks that may involve exposure to blood/body fluids. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents if necessary. Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of thirty-five pounds.
