What We Offer Competitive Pay : $100,000 – $105,000 a year (based on years of experience) Sign-On Bonus : $3000 Weekly pay Exceptional medical, dental, vision and other optional benefits 403B Retirement Plan Generous PTO package Growth and career advancement opportunities Additional Benefits : Voluntary life and disability insurance, HRA Shift Options: Days : 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M-F with weekend rotations) Responsibilities: Directs and supervises Unit Managers, Supervisors and Charge Nurses RN/LPN Trains, supports and assists as needed Communicates effectively with Director of Nursing Performs other required duties Requirements: Graduate of accredited nursing program Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) 5 years long-term care experience preferred 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required Supervisory responsibility: Nurses, certified nursing assistants, shadow aides.
