Nursing Home Facility now seeking an RN as
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and Infection Prevention Certified.

Tasks and Responsibilities include working under the supervision of our DON to:
- Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care, initiate corrective action as necessary
- Assess resident care needs and assist in development of individualized care plans
- Conduct resident care conferences
- Report problems to the Administrator and the DON
- Conduct daily resident rounds and initiate corrective action as necessary
- Conduct staff meetings with all shifts
- Assume responsibility for nursing service compliance to federal, state and local regulations Direct allocation of nursing service equipment and supplies
- Supervision and Scheduling
- Conduct interviews and hire nursing service employees
- Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Establish good public relations with hospital discharge coordinators
- Consistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and dependability
- Work cooperatively with facility administration, nursing personnel, ancillary personnel, all facility departments
