The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Clinical Services Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support our Clinical Services Director in overseeing nursing care, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring our residents receive the highest level of person-centered care.
This position is ideal for a licensed nurse who is passionate about memory care, skilled in leadership, and ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the daily delivery of nursing care for residents, ensuring care plans are followed and adjusted as needed.
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to CNAs and Resident Assistants—including training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Partner with the Clinical Services Director on hiring, team development, and regulatory compliance.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and best practices.
Be a resource for residents and families—answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing compassionate guidance.
Uphold resident rights and dignity, including end-of-life support with empathy and respect.
Promote safety and infection control standards throughout the community.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
What We’re Looking For
A current, valid Nursing License (RN or LPN).
CPR and First Aid certification.
At least 3 years of experience in senior living or long-term care.
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for working with individuals living with memory loss.
