Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in nursing At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health records Active RN License & valid Utah or compact state nursing license Desire to become a leader in the industry The ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required
