RAM Recruiting - Medina Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, proudly managed by AOM Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing  to join our leadership team. This is a full-time opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a passion for building great teams and delivering exceptional resident care.

What You’ll Do: Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering teamwork and accountability Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in audits and survey preparation Collaborate with all departments to deliver personalized, holistic care Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and staff education

Requirements: Active RN license in Ohio 2+ years of long-term care experience , with leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of SNF regulations and clinical best practices Compassionate, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
