Skilled Healthcare Center - A long term care facility in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing team and help lead clinical operations.
What you’ll do:
Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations
Supervise and develop nursing staff
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Participate in care planning and quality assurance
What we’re looking for:
Active Ohio RN license (required)
Nursing leadership experience, long-term care preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
