Menno Haven is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team! In this role, the Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing in providing 24-clinical oversight, lead and mentor the nursing team and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding the highest standards of resident care.
Qualifications: Graduate of state-approved school of nursing required. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or compact state required. Current CPR/AED certification required. Nursing experience in a long-term care or senior care setting required. Previous experience of supervisory or leadership experience required. Experience with QAPI, wound care management and infection control required. Strong leadership, team development skills required. Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills required. Ability to conduct audits, provide feedback and implement process improvements required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Strong organizational and time management skills required.
