Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the proper administration of comprehensive care to residents.

Provide general nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), ensuring adherence to nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain the highest standards of care.

Uphold professional nursing practices and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

Valid LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Commitment to delivering quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Management experience in a LTC/SNF setting preffered.
