What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
Ensure high-quality, compassionate care and regulatory compliance
Mentor and train nursing staff to promote professional growth
Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and performance improvement
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on resident well-being
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to quality care
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
