Responsibilities: Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing department operations Assist with compliance, care planning, documentation audits, and survey readiness Mentor nursing staff and assist with onboarding and training Collaborate with department heads to improve outcomes and resident satisfaction Be a visible leader on the floor and a go-to support for both residents and staff
Qualifications: Active RN license in New Jersey 1+ years of long-term care experience , preferably in a leadership role Knowledge of state/federal regulations and clinical best practices Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compassionate, team-first mindset
