We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! In this role, you will: Support Staffing Needs : Step in to assist floor staffing when needed Oversee Resident Care : Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs Manage Nursing Staff : Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs Ensure Accurate Documentation : Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records Develop Care Plans : Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans Support Staff Resources : Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources Uphold Infection Control : Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures What Makes You a Great Fit
