NOW HIRING:  Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Responsibilities of an  Assistant Director of Nursing:

Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Assist with the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing personnel

Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and participate in care planning meetings

Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Assist with the management of nursing department budget and resources

Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Assistant Director of Nursing  Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous experience in a nursing leadership role in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
