Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON:
• The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor) collaborates with the Director of Nursing - DON (Director of Clinical Services)
• Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
• Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff
• Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods

Requirements
of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed IL Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Must have experience in skilled nursing Must have demonstrated leadership skills and experience Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations ICU or ventilator experience a plus Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
