As the ADON, you'll play a vital leadership role in driving excellence across our skilled nursing and therapy operations. You'll support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing clinical care delivery, compliance, training, and performance outcomes for our field staff. Responsibilities: Support the DON in managing day-to-day clinical operations across skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services. Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all patient care services (Medicare/Medicaid/Joint Commission standards). Supervise and mentor field RNs, LPNs, and therapists-providing clinical guidance, onboarding support, and ongoing performance evaluations. Conduct home visits as needed for supervision, quality checks, or escalation of patient care needs. Assist with clinical scheduling, case conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participate in audits, chart reviews, and plan of care development. Serve as a clinical resource to both staff and referral partners, promoting best practices and patient-centered care.
