Your role as an Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) :
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions
Ensure the safety and comfort of residents
Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Work closely with a supportive team of nurses and healthcare professionals
Who we’re looking for:
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Monitor compliance with resident care plans and regulatory requirements.
Assist with staff education, orientation, and training initiatives.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in New Jersey
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting strongly preferred
Solid clinical and assessment skills
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
