Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Location: Lake Ridge, VA 22192 Compensation: $92,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, on-site Setting: 54-bed Health Center Reports To: Director of Nursing Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or ADON. Long-term care experience preferred. Infection Preventionist Certification required. Current CPR certification. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
