Job Title : Assistant Human Resources Director Hours : Full time
Responsibilities
Manage a team of recruiters to identify job postings and advertising sources.
Direct the delivery of all department operations including compensation, HR information systems, employee relations, performance plans, trends, and metrics.
Conduct needs assessments and manage vendor relationships.
Review compensation structures and provide departmental guidance.
Ensure compliance with testing requirements.
Monitor and adjust the annual department budget.
Review financial reports and recommend budget allocations.
Implement budgetary adjustments as needed.
Manage performance plans and monitor HR trends and metrics.
Oversee company-wide performance management processes.
Develop a successful learning curriculum and management system.
Create and execute comprehensive talent management projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7-10+ years of experience
Must have previous HRIS experience (Workday)
Knowledge of all state/federal laws related to compensation, benefits, and welfare programs, a general understanding of human resources laws/practices including but not limited to HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and USERRA
