: Berklee is looking for a thoughtful, curious, and data-driven professional to join the Enrollment Analytics team as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics . This position is a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with mission-driven impact—helping Berklee attract, enroll, and support a diverse population of students pursuing careers in music, the arts, and beyond. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics, the Assistant Director plays a key role in supporting Berklee’s Strategic Enrollment Management efforts. This includes building analytic capacity for advising and student success teams on the Berklee Bridge, empowering data-informed decision-making, and helping shape the future of the college’s enrollment and student support strategies. The Assistant Director will contribute to this work by creating interactive dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and producing actionable insights around admissions, financial aid, tuition revenue, and student persistence. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic dashboards and reports in Tableau to monitor enrollment and student success trends Build and manage data flows that support accurate, timely analysis Extract and transform data from multiple systems for reporting and visualization Present data findings in clear, engaging formats to support operational and strategic planning Maintain routine reporting and support ad hoc data needs Support technology and system implementations related to analytics and reporting Monitor trends and innovations in enrollment, student success, and institutional research Who We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or institutional research Proficiency with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools Strong skills in Google Workspace Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences Detail-oriented, self-starting, and collaborative in approach Experience with SQL, R, Python, or data preparation tools like Tableau Prep is a plus Higher education experience and familiarity with systems like Salesforce, PowerFAIDS, or Entrinsik Informer is preferred Why Berklee: Berklee is a vibrant, global community of artists, educators, and innovators.
