Qualifications 5+ years of progressive facilities/engineering management experience in hospitality or related field (or equivalent education/experience). High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations, and general maintenance. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work extended or varied schedules as needed.
