This position is responsible for assisting in the creation, development, and implementation of the overall revenue generation strategies and strategic marketing direction of the shopping center to meet corporate property business and marketing objectives. Principal Responsibilities Identify, create, and sell revenue opportunities through strategic positioning of mall assets, media assets, and mall programming to achieve sales goals. Generate prospective clients via cold calling, networking, reviewing publications, and targeted outreach. Review and understand marketing budget, financials, and reports. Support sponsorship and event deal approvals, including contracting, proof of performance, payments, renewals, and revenue reporting. Develop ongoing relationships with partners and sponsors for performance and growth. Complete sales reporting, inventory management, and traffic analysis. Promote and implement platform programs, measuring their results. Manage local production of on-mall collateral and materials. Participate in Manager on Duty rotation, staff meetings, and other management duties. Assist in retailer communications and maintain media contact lists. Convey sales and marketing information to leasing teams and coordinate tenant/partner meetings. Job Location: Brickell City Centre Minimum Qualifications BA or BS degree in marketing or business. At least 3 years in sales, sponsorship, marketing, event management, and budgeting. Knowledge of retail management, marketing, advertising, and media industry. Strong negotiation skills. Event planning experience. Excellent communication skills. Financial management and budgeting skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Flexible with schedules, including weekends and evenings. Some overnight travel required.
