Telecare is seeking two Clinical Directors to support five Permanent Supportive Housing hotels: Kearny Vista, Valley Vista, The Shores, Pacific View, and Presidio Palm, located in Kearny Vista, Mission Valley, Point Loma, and Ocean Beach. This role works closely with the Program Director to support client services, leadership, mentorship, coaching, hiring, and employee relations. Who We Serve : Adults aged 18 and older experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with a disabling condition that substantially limits major life activities (HUD Category 1). Hours of Operation : Monday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm About the Programs : In partnership with San Diego Behavioral Health Services and the San Diego Housing Commission, Telecare provides onsite supportive and case management services for residents at Telecare's Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). Services focus on housing stability and include outreach, behavioral health assessments, care coordination, and community engagement activities. The Clinical Director, in this mid-level management position reporting to the Administrator, provides leadership, clinical supervision, and coordination to multidisciplinary teams and assists with quality improvement duties. Shifts Available : Salaried Position; Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Starting salary range is $96,263.29 - $130,000.00, with geographic pay differentials based on location. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
