The Assistant Director for Recruitment and Training is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position reporting to the Director for Residence Life. The Assistant Director for Recruitment and Training works closely with other professionals in the administration and management of a comprehensive housing and residence life program that serves 5700+ on-campus students. This position has the responsibility for general administration oversight and management of recruitment, training and development of professional and graduate staff. Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree with concentration in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
A minimum of four years of full-time experience working in Housing and Residential Programs (Residence Life).
