Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of dedicated clinicians. This role blends leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure our clinic continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to licensed clinicians and associates. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with the owner on strategic initiatives that promote growth and community impact. Deliver Outstanding Care: Maintain a hybrid caseload of 20-25 clients per week using trauma-informed modalities. Foster Excellence: Develop policies that enhance communication, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency. What Were Looking For A licensed clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) in California with experience in trauma-informed care. A leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about mentoring others. Someone aligned with our mission of creating an inclusive space for healing and growth. Able to start as part time and build to full time caseload. Available 3 afternoon/evenings per week as well as daytime hours.
